Categories Collected (last 12 months): Identifiers (name, email, phone, IP), Customer Records (contact details you provide), Internet/Network Activity (pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, device/browser info), Geolocation (coarse via IP). We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information via website forms.

Purposes of Use: To respond to inquiries, schedule/manage appointments, send subscribed communications, secure/operate the Site, perform analytics, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
